This release fixes three small interface problems in the author and role screens.

## Improvements and fixes
|
|
|
|
- Users can edit their own author from the author list page.
|
|
- The create author button in the article editor now has the same height as the controls next to it.
|
|
- The selected role card in the Change role dialog now uses dark text, so its name, description and Current marker are readable on the sand background.
|
|
|
|
## Under the hood
|
|
|
|
- Design change logs are consolidated into `docs/design/decisions.md`, and stale docs are refreshed.
|
|
|
|
## Upgrading
|
|
|
|
- Replace the binary, or pull the new image. No schema migration and no new environment variable.
