This release fixes three small interface problems in the author and role screens.

Improvements and fixes

• Users can edit their own author from the author list page.
• The create author button in the article editor now has the same height as the controls next to it.
• The selected role card in the Change role dialog now uses dark text, so its name, description and Current marker are readable on the sand background.

Under the hood

• Design change logs are consolidated into docs/design/decisions.md, and stale docs are refreshed.

Upgrading

• Replace the binary, or pull the new image. No schema migration and no new environment variable.
