RenewCMS frontend

Vue 3 + Vite + PrimeVue + Tailwind SPA, managed with Bun. It is built into ../internal/infrastructure/assets/dist/ and embedded into the Go binary.

Use the tasks from the repository root rather than running Vite directly:

• task dev runs Vite on http://localhost:5173 and proxies /v1 to the API.
• task lint:web runs eslint and vue-tsc.
• task build:web produces the production build.
