## Localization target state inventory
The twelve `screens/localization-*.md` files enumerate 109 target states with stable `loc.*` IDs and board selectors. See [localization.md](localization.md) for precedence, lifecycle and verification limitations. A source inventory is not a passing visual result. Each SPA slice must add mocks using its actual board fixture, then pass the existing visual gate. Narrow desktop support is additional to the standard desktop/mobile captures.
