## Pass 6: roles and permissions
Board `RenewCMS Screens Roles.dc.html` (frame `RolesFrame`, data `roles-spec.js`): 11 groups, 61 states, all Available now. Spec `screens/roles.md`; additions in components.md, states.md, routes.md, change-list.md. The Permissions grid is folded into the role editor and `/settings/permissions` is retired. Writer frames use AppFrame's existing restricted `user` navigation. AppFrame gained the Access group with a Roles item (sidebar and drawer). Not done: Schema board group 8 (Permissions) should be marked superseded.
