+- Users can edit their own author from the author list page.
+- The create author button in the article editor now has the same height as the controls next to it.
+- The selected role card in the Change role dialog now uses dark text, so its name, description and Current marker are readable on the sand background.

+- Design change logs are consolidated into `docs/design/decisions.md`, and stale docs are refreshed.
